Add Ukrainian subtitles to a video
Sometimes the job is not translation at all: the video is already in Ukrainian and just needs captions that match the speech. That is the same pipeline without the translation step.
You get an SRT you can restyle, or a copy with the Ukrainian line burned in at the original resolution.

What happens to your video
- Upload the file or paste a public link. Phone footage (HEVC/MOV) is read as it comes off the phone.
- The audio is transcribed first, with word-level timing, so every cue starts where speech starts.
- Each line is translated on its own. Timecodes are copied through and never rewritten.
- Download the SRT, or a copy of the video with the subtitles burned in at the original resolution.
Notes on Ukrainian subtitles
- Transliterated Ukrainian cannot be reused as Russian subtitles; the two files are not interchangeable.
- Ukrainian and Russian share the Cyrillic alphabet but not the vocabulary or the letters і, ї, є. Recognition sometimes outputs Russian.
- Captions follow what is said, including the speaker's own mistakes; nothing is rewritten for style.

Can I add a second language on top?
Yes, run the translation as well and choose bilingual output.
Does it caption music?
