Framelingo — video subtitle translation, free under 60 seconds

Framelingo turns the speech in a video into subtitles in another language. You upload a file or paste a link, pick the target language, and get back either an SRT file or a copy of the video with the subtitles burned in. The subtitle timing is taken from the audio, word by word, and never rewritten by the translation step.

Copy-paste blurb

Short (50 words)

Framelingo translates the speech in a video into subtitles in another language, free for clips under 60 seconds with no account. Subtitle timing comes from the audio, so lines stay where they are spoken. Output is an SRT file or a video with the subtitles burned in.

Longer (120 words)

Framelingo handles one part of video translation and skips the rest: audio in, subtitles out. The audio track is transcribed with word-level timing first, then each subtitle line is translated on its own, so the timestamps never move. You get an SRT file to upload to YouTube or a copy of the video with subtitles burned into the picture. Clips under 60 seconds are free with no account, no watermark, no card. Longer videos cost one credit per minute ($1 = 20 credits), with no subscription. It works in the browser from a file or a link, in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, German, French and Russian.
